You agree to provide valid and authorised payment information. If payment is declined or reversed, your order may be cancelled.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Singapore only.

  • Delivery timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates only, and we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
  • Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
  • Incorrect addresses: If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we may charge additional shipping fees for redelivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

Your rights regarding returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) and Singapore’s “Lemon Law.”

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.
